Property Ladies was born from friendship, trust and a shared belief that people come first.

With backgrounds in both the health and social work sector, our careers demanded empathy, problem-solving and the ability to stay calm when things got tough. Those same values are at the heart of how we now care for landlords and their properties.

In 2021, we co-founded Property Ladies (formerly Rachel’s Rent 2 Rent Ltd) to offer something we felt was missing: a service that removes the stress from property management. From guaranteed rent to HMO compliance and day-to-day management, our goal has always been simple - to give landlords peace of mind and consistent income without the hassle.

What began with a handful of properties has grown into trusted, long-term partnerships with local landlords. We’ve seen how guaranteed rent not only provides financial stability but also frees landlords to focus on the bigger picture, whether that’s growing their portfolio, investing elsewhere or simply having more time for life.

Alongside this, we’ve always had a passion for interiors. We love transforming the properties we manage - from small improvements that boost rental appeal to full staging and design projects through our sister brand, Staged by ThePropertyLadies.
