We sign an agreement with you to manage your property for an agreed contract period, usually between 3-5 years. We are flexible in accommodating payment dates, contract lengths and start dates. You are simply guaranteed your set monthly rental income for the duration of the contract period, and we will take care of everything else.

We have a passion for creating quality co-living spaces, with a focus on housing professional tenants in London. Once the contract begins, we will absorb all your monthly bills and fully manage the property, handling tasks such marketing, tenant management, maintenance and legal compliance.

We carry out regular inspections and provide a fortnightly cleaning service in all the properties we manage. We also ensure that all maintenance issues are responded to in a timely manner.

If any difficult situation arises such as tenants not paying their rent or leaving without notice, we will take the financial burden. You will continue to receive your rental income on time, every month. This means we are extremely motivated to keep your property in excellent condition and we carefully select the right tenants.

If your property would benefit from some TLC to get it back up to scratch, we will either cover the cost of this or manage any refurbishment on your behalf. We will also furnish your property if required, at no cost to you.

We make it our job to keep up to date with the relevant legislative changes, rules and regulations within the property industry, which means you can relax without having to worry about any of the headaches involved in property management.

Our service is absolutely free. There are no fees involved whatsoever. You are simply guaranteed your rent every month.

We specialise in managing HMO’s (houses in multiple occupancy), also known as flat or house shares. We work closely with local councils to ensure all the properties we manage are fully compliant and meet regulations.

With many more councils introducing Article 4 Directions, Additional & Selective Licensing schemes across London, it can be confusing and stressful for landlords. If necessary, we can assist, cover the cost of and complete licence applications & renewals on your behalf, as well as the required safety certification (PAT testing, fire risk assessments etc).
